Basic telephone service and telephone assistance (contact center) made available to users located within corporate sites of the different departments and autonomous bodies of the Government of Navarre, public companies included in CPEN, distributed throughout the entire territory of the Chartered Community of Navarre, which Nasertic manages and maintains.

These services enable high‑quality internal communication among all the entities included in the system, as well as handling calls from citizens. These calls, directed to units and staff of the Government of Navarre and the other mentioned organisations, are managed with maximum use of existing infrastructures, at reasonable costs, allowing for direct or centralised attention depending on the needs and resources available in each case. Thus, a distinction is made between basic telephony for calls handled directly from workstations within the functional units of the different departments and public companies, and other calls handled through contact centers, specifically designed to manage telephone numbers with high call demand, for appointments, registration, or other activities requiring specialised telephone attention.

Telephony services are provided in all corporate sites, with a uniform technology, which enables system‑wide synergies such as a global numbering plan for the entire system, both for internal operation and for receiving calls from citizens. 

The service offers 24x7 support and assistance, especially for all those units that require telephone service in their operations, such as healthcare centres, including hospitals, regional police stations, or fire stations.

Users from all departments of the Government of Navarre, public companies integrated into CPEN, and other organisations or foundations that, due to their public nature, form part of the Government of Navarre’s corporate network.
