Gobierno de Navarra dispone de una red de transporte de datos de alta capacidad que gestiona y opera Nasertic compuesta por más de 120 nodos de red que combinando diferentes tecnologías (transporte óptico DWDM, enrutamiento IP/MPLS y Carrier Ethernet) es capaz de ofrecer conectividad WAN para servicios de datos, vídeo o voz en diferentes modalidades con calidad de operador.
Esta red de transporte por su diseño, robustez y ancho de banda, permite la transmisión de señales electrónicas con el fin de llegar a la mayor parte de la Comunidad Foral de Navarra, conectando todos los centros de telecomunicaciones de Gobierno de Navarra y las principales poblaciones con los Centros de Proceso de Datos del Gobierno de Navarra (CPDs). Así mismo dispone de puntos de presencia y agregación en diferentes puntos de la geografía de Navarra incluidos polígonos industriales.
NASERTIC es quien se encarga de la gestión, operación y mantenimiento de dicha red de transporte. Para ello lleva a cabo todas las actividades relacionadas con la documentación e inventario de elementos, monitorización y supervisión, gestión de solicitudes e incidentes, administración y gestión de recursos físicos y lógicos, mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y proactivo, así como todos los trabajos de configuración o actualización , gestión de la capacidad y de la disponibilidad, incluida la elaboración de propuestas de evolución y mejora.
La renovación y evolución continua del equipamiento de transporte, las acciones continuas destinadas a mejorar su capilaridad, capacidad, integridad y robustez, así como la monitorización por personal propio de NASERTIC, asegura la disponibilidad de la misma y la calidad y continuidad de los servicios prestados a sus clientes.

The Government of Navarre has a high‑capacity optical fibre backbone infrastructure and a next‑generation microwave radio link network to which the data transport equipment is connected. Together, they support not only the Government of Navarre’s corporate voice and data network, but also other strategically important services such as rural broadband, television broadcasting, emergency communications and road tunnel communications.
Nasertic provides corporate network connectivity services to Government of Navarre sites under a self‑provisioning model.
In addition, it offers the excess capacity of the transport network to other clients in areas where other operators are not present, being fully prepared to deliver any service with carrier‑grade quality.
With this service, NASERTIC seeks to contribute to the deployment of public and private solutions that enhance connectivity throughout the territory of the Chartered Community of Navarre, which is the first step towards promoting digitalisation and the economic development of our region.
