The Government of Navarra offers citizens two Citizen Service Offices, one in Pamplona and another in Tudela, both fully accessible.
These Offices work to promote a more agile, efficient, understandable, approachable, and accessible Administration.
In both Offices, we provide you with information about the services offered by the Government of Navarra.

We help you carry out procedures online.
We receive and send your complaints and suggestions regarding the Regional Administration of Navarra.
We listen to your proposals and inform the different departments of the Government of Navarra about areas that could be improved.
Bilingual assistance in Spanish or Basque.
Citizens who want to obtain information and carry out procedures and formalities with Public Administrations.
