The Mobile Citizen Service Office will visit Petilla de Aragón and Sangüesa during the last week of July

The Government of Navarra’s Mobile Citizen Service Office will continue its tour of rural communities with new stops in Petilla de Aragón and Sangüesa / Zangoza during the last week of July. Specifically, it will operate service in Petilla on 28 July, from 9:15 to 13:45, and in Sangüesa from 29 July to 1 August, from 9:00 to 14:15.

This initiative, promoted by the Department of Presidency and Equality and managed by the public company NASERTIC, is part of the regional government’s strategy to ensure equitable access to public services in municipalities with fewer than 20,000 inhabitants. The aim is to avoid unnecessary travel and make it easier for citizens to carry out administrative procedures in a direct, agile and personalised manner.

During its stay, residents of Petilla and Sangüesa will be able to carry out a wide range of procedures and resolve enquiries related to the regional administration. They will be able, for example, to access general information on services, programmes and aid offered by the Government of Navarra; register in the Cl@ve system and obtain the Digital Certificate; submit documents to any public administration, receive assistance with online procedures; and apply for licences, the Youth Card, grants, family support schemes or access the Personal Health Folder, among others. They will also be able to submit complaints and suggestions.

More than 20 municipalities visited since March, with an average rating of 9.5 out of 10

Since its launch in March 2024, the Mobile Office has already visited more than 20 municipalities in Navarra. Fifty-two percent of the interventions have been related to obtaining digital certificates and access keys to public services, followed by information queries (36%) and online processing support (8%).

Municipalities that have hosted the service have rated its impact very positively, with an average score of 9.5 out of 10. The most notable aspects include the proximity of the service, its usefulness for citizens and the simplification of administrative processes. With this initiative, the Government of Navarra reaffirms its commitment to territorial cohesion and the modernisation of public service delivery, adapting services to the real needs of people, wherever they may be.
