The Navarre Foral Tax Authority will expand its in-person service offices during the upcoming Income and Wealth Tax Campaign. To do so, it will use the Government of Navarre’s Mobile Citizen Service Office for the first time, which will remain for several weeks in different towns across the Foral Community.

The first town to host this pilot experience will be Sangüesa / Zangoza. Between April 27 and May 15, the Mobile Income Tax Office will be located in this town. From May 18 to June 5, it will be in San Adrián, and it will close the campaign in Altsasu / Alsasua between June 8 and 25.

Thus, the income tax filing service is added to the range of services already offered by the Mobile Citizen Service Office since its creation. For its part, the Navarre Foral Tax Authority is expanding the income tax preparation service it makes available to the public each year and, at the same time, bringing its service model closer to citizens who do not live in towns where a Tax Authority office is available: Pamplona / Iruña, Tudela, Estella-Lizarra, Tafalla and Doneztebe / Santesteban; thereby avoiding a large number of trips.

People who choose to file their tax return at the Mobile Income Tax Office may book an appointment just as they would for an in‑person filing. To do so, they must call 948 505 505 or, if they prefer to book the appointment online, simply select the town they are interested in among the options available on the website renta.navarra.es.

A broader range of services

The 2025 Income and Wealth Tax Campaign will begin on April 9 and end on June 25. The available filing methods will be the same as in recent campaigns: online filing, telephone filing, and in‑person filing, which includes the Mobile Income Tax Office.

In addition, as has been the case for years, the Navarre Foral Tax Authority will send proposed tax returns to a large number of taxpayers, who only need to check whether they agree with the result. If so, they must confirm their bank account number; if not, they may book an appointment to file their return through any of the available channels.

People wishing to carry out online procedures related to the Navarre Foral Tax Authority must log in using a Digital Certificate or electronic ID (DNIe), through Cl@ve, or by entering their ID number and Tax Authority PIN.
