The Mobile Citizen Service Office will visit 14 municipalities at risk of depopulation in September to guarantee equal access to Regional Government services
The Mobile Citizen Service Office has scheduled 14 visits to an equal number of localities in Navarra during this month of September. This is a service that “promotes equality and cohesion between territories by giving municipalities at risk of depopulation the opportunity to complete a wide range of procedures related to the Regional Administration, avoiding unnecessary travel and making it easier to complete procedures in a close, agile and personalised way,” said the Director General of Local Administration and Depopulation of the Department of Territorial Cohesion, Jesús María Rodríguez.
The Mobile Citizen Service Office, launched by the Department of Presidency and Equality on 18 March through the public company NASERTIC, is designed to guarantee equitable access to basic services in localities with fewer than 20,000 inhabitants. Since the beginning of its deployments, more than half of the interventions carried out have been related to obtaining digital certificates and access keys to public services, followed by information queries and assistance with online procedures.
The Mobile Citizen Service Office’s visit calendar began on 1 and 2 September in Aibar / Oibar; on the 3rd it travelled to Eslava; on the 4th, to Sada; on the 5th, to Unzué / Untzue; on the 8th and 9th, to Aoiz / Agoitz; on the 10th, to Aribe; on the 11th, to Ezcároz / Ezkaroze; and on the 12th, to Roncal. In addition, it will be in Ezkurra on the 15th; in Beintza-Labaien on the 16th; in Goizueta on the 17th, 18th and 19th; in Murillo el Cuende on the 22nd and 23rd; in Murillo el Fruto on the 24th and 25th; and in San Martín de Unx on the 26th. During the week of 28 July, the Mobile Office travelled to Petilla de Aragón and Sangüesa / Zangoza, also within the framework of Navarra’s Depopulation Strategy.
The Mobile Office provides access to general information about services, programmes and aid from the Government of Navarra. It also handles licence applications, access to the Personal Health Folder, Cl@ve system accreditation, digital certificate issuance and document registration.
