The mobile Citizen Service Office will be operating in Corella from 14 to 18 july
The Government of Navarra continues to bring public administration closer to rural communities through the Mobile Citizen Service Office, which will be operating in Corella from 14 to 18 July. The mobile unit will be located in Plaza de los Fueros and will provide service from 9:15 to 13:45.
This initiative, promoted by the Department of Presidency and Equality and managed by the public company NASERTIC, aims to ensure equitable access to public services in municipalities with fewer than 20,000 inhabitants, avoiding unnecessary travel and facilitating direct and personalised assistance.
During its stay in Corella, citizens will be able to access a wide range of procedures and consultations, such as general information on services, programmes and aid offered by the Government of Navarra; registration in the Cl@ve system and obtaining the Digital Certificate; submission of documents to any public administration; assistance with online procedures; processing of licences, Youth Card and Youth Transport Card, grants, family support; access to the Personal Health Folder; or submission of complaints and suggestions, among others.
Since it was launched in March 2024, the Mobile Office has already visited more than 20 municipalities in Navarra. Fifty-two percent of the interventions have been related to obtaining digital certificates and access keys for public services, followed by information queries (36%) and online processing support (8%).
The municipalities that have hosted this service rate its impact very positively, with an average score of 9.5 out of 10. The most appreciated aspects include the proximity of the service, its usefulness for citizens and the simplification of administrative processes.
With this action, the Government of Navarra reaffirms its commitment to territorial cohesion and the modernisation of public service delivery, adapting services to the real needs of people, wherever they may live.
