The Government of Navarra’s mobile office will offer specialised housing information starting this week
The Mobile Citizen Service Office, promoted by the Department of Presidency and Equality and managed by the public company Nasertic, will from this week provide specialised housing information in the municipalities it visits across Navarra. Specifically, it is in Ezcároz / Ezkaroze until Wednesday, where Third Vice President and Councillor for Housing, Youth and Migration Policies, Begoña Alfaro, visited this morning.
This Mobile Office, which travels through different localities in Navarra and offers guidance on various matters related to the Government of Navarra, will now also provide all kinds of information and advice on housing, including: registration of rental contracts; registry of large housing owners; designated Housing Market Pressure Zones; rental assistance; subsidies for the purchase of protected housing; processing of habitability certificates; rehabilitation; housing census; public rental housing register; and more.
The aim of this Office is to avoid unnecessary travel and make it easier for citizens to carry out procedures or resolve queries in a convenient, efficient and personalised way. For this reason, Vice President Alfaro considered it “fundamental” to be able to offer housing information as well. “We know this is one of the issues that most concerns the public and raises the most questions, and not everyone can easily come to our offices in person, so we want to make every effort to bring the administration to all areas of Navarra,” she said.
In addition to the Vice President, those attending the visit included Pablo Mikeleiz, Mayor of Ezcároz; Berta Uriz, Director of the Housing Department at Nasuvinsa; Toya Bernad, Director of Innovation, Communication and Citizen Service at Nasertic; and Leticia Gurpegui, Coordinator of In‑Person Service at Nasertic.
Specialised housing information will be offered on Wednesdays, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. without interruption, on a regular basis, and the upcoming destinations will be Viana (25 February), Leitza (3 March), Erro (11 March), Isaba (16 March), Orbaizeta (18 March), Ochagavía / Otsagabia (week of 23 March) and Roncal / Erronkari (31 March).
In addition to the specific housing services, the office helps resolve issues related to the Regional Administration, such as obtaining general information on programmes and aid, securing the digital certificate or registering documentation. The office is 100% accessible. To ensure full inclusion, it has a platform lift for people with reduced mobility, an induction loop system for people with hearing impairments, Braille signage and tactile guidance strips, audio descriptions and Easy‑to‑Read signage.
