The Hub is made up of the 40 most relevant public‑private entities in Navarra’s innovation ecosystem.

What services does it offer?

The Hub brings together a wide variety of services of different types:

These services are aimed at companies and professionals, public administrations, and citizens. Each of these areas has a specific objective:

• Companies and professionals: Increasing the competitiveness of Navarrese companies
• Society, citizens: Making Navarrese society more digitalized
• Public administrations: Improving service delivery to citizens

Services for companies and professionals

The services offered target all companies and professionals in Navarra, regardless of their digital maturity level or size.

Among the available services, some are more basic and others more advanced. These are some examples:

1. Consulting and development of digital presences: websites, apps, social media, e‑commerce, SEO, etc.

2. CRM‑ERP, employee portals: platforms for process or business management.

3. Access to disruptive technologies: blockchain, virtual reality, metaverse, AI, supercomputing...

4. Training in digital innovation: in all formats and for all levels.

5. Experimentation and testing: spaces, infrastructures, and software for testing.

Services for society, citizens

The Hub offers citizens services ranging from introduction to the digital world to training and awareness in various areas related to digitalization. Among the available services, some are more basic and others more advanced. These are some examples:

1. Training in basic and advanced digital skills. From office automation to programming, in all formats.

2. Accredited training in digital transformation and innovation. Courses for all knowledge levels, in person and online.

3. Ethics and legal rights in digitalization. Ethical aspects and legal limits associated with digitalization.

Services for public administrations

The Hub supports public administrations in digitalization aspects ranging from literacy to upskilling (improvement) or reskilling (acquiring new skills).

Among the available services, some are more basic and others more advanced. Here are some examples:

1. Training in basic and advanced digital skills. From office automation to programming, including management and communication systems.

2. Models of digital transformation and innovation in the administration and their application in traditional administrative processes.

3. Access to disruptive technologies such as blockchain, augmented reality, supercomputing… to improve services, without overlooking cybersecurity.

The Hub’s strategic focus is to position Navarra at the national and international levels as a pioneering Community in the development of five technological specialisation areas.
